You couldn't play Halo 1 on xbox live You could only play it on like xbconnect and xlink kai. Yea, Halo 3 isn't talked about as much because more great games are coming out. I still think Halo 3 is awesome though. I think it's safe to say xbox 360 wins on this thread so far....

All of my friends gather up on weekends and hook up like 3 Xbox 360s and play Halo3, great fun. Yunoko, you didn't justify your decision of the PS3 over 360 =P

looks like PS3 wins by a landslide so far lolol I have sort of been looking over the differences as well and noticed some of the same stuff you mentioned bkfraiders... Games are developed for xbox then ported to the ps3 <---that right there pretty much sold me since no developers are really concentrating on the ps3 alone. And now that i've seen all the comments here on the online gameplay, I guess i've made my decision for a 360 Thanks guys, definately helped me conclude a choice.

I've been debating whether to get a 360 or ps3 for christmas, and a couple weeks ago I decided that I was getting a 360. Than I realized I'm a sony fanboy and WTF would I buy an 360 for.

Yea, hit us up so we can make a Halo Clan. Me and ace are getting a 360 for Christmas. to tell you the truth right now 360 and Ps3's graphics are VERY similiar since no company can or wants to spend that much money in using all the cores for the ps3. In the future (if there is a future for ps3.lol) all 7 cores might be used to the max and then Ps3 will have the BEST graphics ever.....But right now and for a long time, 360 and Ps3 will have very similiar graphics.



So 360 is THE choice.

Im only saying you should get 360 because of Halo 3. I seriously cant stop playing it the multiplayer is fun
and its really nice how you can play campaign online now too.

Halo3 was really good but it wore off 3weeks later.

We really do need to make a Halo clan somehow. But i heard there is no Clan option in Halo 3. Can anybody confirm this?

hmm after giving this a long hard thought i have changed my mind to the 360 being better. You cant really say PS3 has better graphics right now. They are equal to the 360 at this point.

Theyre equal because game developers make the games for xbox first and then they port it to the ps3. So until developers concentrate solely on the ps3 then the graphics will remain equal.

Anyways, i bought my 360 and halo 3 tonight i'll be setting everything up tomorrow when i get in from work so i'll let you guys know what my username is so you guys can add me to your friends list.
