I like yours DA but I'm just not a fan of those icons. I'm using the ones created by Raider X from the link that was posted earlier, and I like the new look combined with a sweet xmb wave that I got from the xmb wave section at psp-hacks.

Not Sure How to do This

i've been reading through this entire thread and i don't think i've seen how yo go about adding these files to your psp. Whether it be with a Flashing program, or can you simply add them to the DH flash folders for you firmware of choice.

Another thing is, how do you go about creating these dandy little images on your own? i've read something about ".rco" files but i don't know where to go from there or what to do with them.

For all of those people out there that don't know me, i used to make a bunch of skins for multiple programs as well as icons and backgrounds for homebrews, SND0.AT3 files and so on. DA, you know me.

Heres the link to my thread http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=688

So if anybody outhere can help me out, i would just love to start modying my xmb, and post up some of my own creations again.

Just make a help thread in the help section. There's much help to be had there. This thread leans more towards showing off than telling how it's done.

Mac OS X

Heres What I have been working on. It took me quite a bit of work as i was using Virtual PC to use the.exe programs.

Anbody know what .rco file has the volume bar images in it?

I know how to make TTF Font Files into PGF files, but it didn't seem to work for me with the ones i tried. I wanted to try and just take Pre-Made PGF Files and change the type size down, but i wasn't sure how to change that information.

Im going to take a look at some other icons to use for the rest of the unchaged ones.

What do you guys think?

P.S.

D3ViLsAdvocate,

How did you get it so that yourt icons were so smooth? Mine are sorta choppy on the edges. Did you make yours or are the Pre-Made?

Look for a tutorial on pspupdates.com on how to make 32bit icons.
