I'd just suggest you man up and approach him about it. I haven't read most of the posts in this topic, but still, being confrontational is the best way to get something done. And hey, if he kicks your donkey because of it, at least he'll still get in trouble, and at least you will have manned up to him.

he ran acroos the hallways almost crying litterly terring off each board.
Today he didn't even come to school
I even put him on google
