Well, I've given it thought, but I don't have a photo-editing program right now so I can't give you an idea of what I'm thinking. But, I'll try to get my point across using Microsoft Paint. Don't laugh too hard. I'm actually really good with graphics, but this is MSPaint right here.



I rearranged the words, and deleted quite a few as well as putting some in. The format is a little different too, but it will be more professional looking after revised properly. Around the PSPBrew logo, I think it would be good to have a soft glow. A medium-yellow color will work well to put emphasis on the site. Also, for the bottom words "join us free today at pspbrew.com" and also, "pspbrew has everything you need" should be in a different font, but keep the "FREE" in a larger font like I have it, and around "pspbrew has everything you need, I figured a VERY soft gray colored oval gradient would work nicely there. The top of the flyer should have "PSP" in a larger font, and underlined like I have it. The extra punctuation is up to you.

I hope you get what I'm talking about Reigo.

And this goes out to everyone. I'm trying to prepare a new banner for PSPBrew, but it needs some transparency work done on it before it's ready. Anyone willing to help out, please do, and upload the picture for me.



The transparency work needs to be done around the "rip" - that way, even if the theme/ skin of PSPBrew changes, the logo will look exactly how it should.

Ohh, I see what you mean now. I'll give it a go soon. Yeah, the yellow glow around the PSPbrew banner will attract attention.

Thanks bud, I just wish I could help out more on the banner, but I think my input will help you out quite a bit. Anyone else is open to giving constructive criticism as to whether I've made good revisions or not, but I think we're getting closer.

And again, the second "project" that I uploaded is up for grabs. Anybody willing to add some transparency to the right side "rip" will get an E-cookie from none other than DPM himself

The double post is fine and the flyer looks great. Do these three things though.

1. Make the words, "at pspbrew.com" the same font as "join us free today"
2. Underline "at pspbrew.com"
3. The second "psp bullet" - instead of saying "like turning your psp into a remote", make it say, "Turn your PSP in a Universal Remote"

And after those changes are implemented, I personally believe that it will look good enough to post up in public to advertise PSPBrew.

EDIT~ I think that the transparency is working fine, but when I put it as my background for my computer (the only way I can test it unfortunately) I see black instead of transparent. I'm thinking that's an issue with Vista though. I know XP showed the image correctly, but could someone double check for me?

Sweet nice flyer, when do you think you will put them up?

I plan on putting them up somewhat soon, within the next couple of days, and I will have pictures at that time as well. I'm thinking of going to other stores, even larger retailers, and asking to put the flyers there. Can't hurt... right? If anyone has the ability to print business cards... that certainly wouldn't hurt.

@ ace ~ yea, there's a version with color, but I like the B/W better. I had a little contest with arto and he used a lot of color on his, while I just went monochrome lol.

@ blackzmage ~ you bet your a$$ I'm good at Paint... just takes a little more time. Also, if you want to try and make some business cards, that would be pretty cool.
