Use an application, either Flashmod, or X-Flash, the size of the backgrounds should be 300X170, if not it might result in ugly background of plain white. It also has to be a 24-bit BMP format Picture btw.

oh and to PSPRuler, lol stfu ur posts go completly off topic.

gman after u get ur backrounds get 12 if u want one for everymonth and then go to google and type in themepsp and instill it to ur psp(trust me its really easy i have it) after u install it open it up and go to the fold XMB theres going to be 12 pics of ur current backrounds and the format has to be bitmap.the 12 pics you got for ur backround rename it for everymonth u have like........01 02 03 04 05 06 07 08 09 10 11 12...after ur done with that run it on ur psp and pick the default xmb theme then ur backround will be different everymonth
