Roms

First thing: Well because I can not get on the net at my school I have chosen to make my external a game player. I currently have project 64 on it with lots of games and have screwed with the settings but it lags so much not just at my school but at home and both are amazing computers, I have even downloaded different roms/plugins?

Second thing: what are some good emulators/roms I should get?
