any MHF 2nd G players here? please help me..

i would like to request you all MHF 2nd G masters out there to create me a male character and name it "Dandy". (face of Cloud Strife)

the catch is i need the character filled with all the materials, zeny and pokke points. I want to start the game with a little boost.

I already have a character on HR5 and im stuck as i dont have elite materials.

I am using a PSP slim 3.71 M-33-2 and my current version of the game is on japanese.

thanks. but am still hoping. a lot of edited characters are on the net now ready for downloading, but the names are weird.
