Eiyuu Densetsu Sora no Kiseki SC

My friend is looking for this game and my one site's (yes, I only know of one that's reliable and safe) only link to it is broken. Anybody know what the heck it's about? Or anywhere I could get it? Also, on a side note, does anyone know a site other than pspfanboy that posts PSP releases exactly when they get released?
