I honestly dont get what you are trying to do. So, your school doesn't have wireless access i'm assuming, so you want to enable wireless access to get internet on your PSP. The usb dongle that crait mentioned will do that for you, but I don't get what all the other extra hardware you mentioned is for. And a few other things to consider...
1. Using the USB dongle on a school computer might not work depending on the security used. You may not be able to install the necessary drivers for it.
2. These USB dongles dont pull internet out of thin air... the computer they are connected to has to have some kind of internet access, either wired or wireless.
3. Depending on the school network, you may not even be able to get an IP address. If your school's IT guy has done his job correctly, then he has only allowed a certain range of IP addresses with each computer having a manually assigned IP address.
4. This all comes down to having access to a computer. The range of the USB dongles isn't great, and if you've got a computer sitting there, why not just use that? If you are trying to use your PSP to get around the school's filters, that's not going to work. The PSP is going to be connecting to the same network that the computers are on. Your PSP internet will be just as filtered, but with less speed, less cache, less compatibility with websites.
Honestly, the whole thing is pointless. Sorry to burst your bubble.
