PSP Screen slightly tilted to the right

I just got a psp from my aunty for xmas its a ceramic white psp with a firmware 2.0 and the best part its a japan unit all contents of the manual is in japanese and after using it for a week the lcd screen has tilted to the left slightly its not so noticable but if properly looked at its tilted i went to the nearest sony authorised dealer they say i cant claim warranty coz its a japan unit its not claimable at my country then i tought that maybe the casing is not properly aligned so i took the effort of taking out the casing regarding its not claimable and found that everything is intact the screen is not tilted but the display is tilted so plzzz help me how do i get this fixed is it dead pixels or is there a dial somewhere to adjust the screen just like our computer monitor.

I highly doubt that it's dead pixels. Try to open up the PSP main plate and readjust the screen, just shake your PSP a little bit(but that might cause it to tilt even more), I'm not really quite sure about this one. Something like this doesn't come in the forum often...hmm, so yea, try out what I've asked you to do if you're willing to open up your PSP.

I have opened up the psp and the plate is properly aligned its just that the display is tilted is there any adjustment switches within the plate n how do you open the plate plzz giv some diagram u can email to me at [email protected] please help me im so frustrated n i do not want to take a plane to japan to get it done

well.... even if you cant claim warranty on it.. couldnt you still maybe get on a sony help line on the phone or sum thing... or even check the web site to see if other problems have occured and to see if there is a way that people have fixed it.

just get a lcd replacement

well since they basically told u to go f off jus take a screw driver take apart carefully, dont touch ANY circuts and trying not to touch the glass lcd screen so u dont leave prints move it accordingly and there u go
