there is a beta version of a ps1 emu for the psp, but it loads really really really slow and won't let you load games. I am not sure that people are actually still working on it, but i hope that there are.. heres a link to the first one if you want to check it out, but it is really not worth even downloading.

the ps1 emulator only runs at 5 kb per second atleast. Its not your best ps1 emulator. I suggest PSEmuPro for pc. Search google. And you will have to find the BIOS file on your own. Search google to answer all your problems! :)

No one knows. I highly doubt anyone is. And no, as far as we know, no one is working on an n64 one. Just use the ones for pc. PSEmuPro and for n64 Project 64.

if you want a ps1 emulator for a handheld. I suggest getting a PDA (or palm pilot as people like to call em) Cause i have a PS1 emu on it. And my GBA emu is running as fine as ever and guess what? its processor is slower than the psp, and its 4 years out of date in technology compared to psp.

I highly doubt that you could get an n64 emu on it. It depends where to find the exact one you need for such a utillity.

yea but for the PDA, can you put on any emu, or is there a certain type like how the psp takes eboots?

nope. Only psp takes eboot. There should only be certain types that the PDA takes. But I know for sure that it doesnt take eboots.
