memory cards

anyone know how much the 4 gig or 8 gig memory cards are gonna cost or have an estimate?

Well, when the first 1gig was out, it was around...$150-$180. Then the 2gig was like $200-$250.

-So you can bet the 4gig would be around...$400.00 or so and the 8gig should be around $800.00, I know that's a lot.

-These thing are only memory cards though, in about a few months, they will drop.

*Correct me if I'm wrong though, I'm not usually good with estimating.

well... i dont know if it's really that much money i mean yeah $800 is a lot if it was that much but like think of all the stuff you could put on it if sony doesent use half for an update and is it possible to downgrade 2.6 i heard somewhere on this site that it was unless i misread

You must of mis read, there's no suck thing as a downgrade for 2.01, 2.50, or 2.60.

It could be around there or maybe not, because the 2gigs are only $150.00 now and the 4gigs might be 350 and 8gig might be 500. Thats the lowest price I can think of that SONY might go. Other than that, my post above looks pretty deviant.

yeah i told my friends and they almost pooed there pants when i said that there was gonna be 8 gig one for like $500 dollars then i said it's like buying an 8 gig video ipod except better and by the way i LOVE your sig dude how did you do that?!

honestly i cant see a 4 gig stick going that high! the 4 gig hdd = 2x battery life is now like 200 bucks i honestly cant see the 8 gig stick surpassing $425

Go to your profile.

take the link of the picture and post it in the Signature section if you scroll down alittle bit when your in the profile section. make sure you have "[img]PUT%20YOUR%20PICTURE%20IMAGE%20HERE[/img]

scroll down alittle bit furthur and check off the option wheere it says allow HTML.and your done.
