what do have these functions do besides like remove curropt data... i was looking through it and then i got a headache. whats an eboot extractor... can someone explain all of these functions to me

It makes a 1.00 EBOOT tranfer itself to a 1.50. (With the 2 folders, one with % and one without.) It also converts a 1.50 ebbot loader back to a 1.00, pretty neat! It also does this List manager thing..but that's not needed, I've never used it, and I bet I never will.

can it transfer a 2.60 into a 1.50 or the other way

Nope, not at all. Just 1.00 to 1.50, and from 1.50 back to 1.00 and vise-versa.
