What happens if a ROM is not deleted in 24 hours??

They really shouldnt know you have it! You will be put in jail either way if its deleted, or not!(but its a 5% chance u will get caught)

Yeah, you really can't get caught. Police and people have better things to do than come to somebodys house because they downloaded a rom and didn't delete it. I don't think that they really care now a days compared to some of the really bigger crimes!

Well, it is on the legal information right before you download a rom that most of us do not read.

My best guess is I am one of those!! LOL! I got ROMS since back in the Dreamcast days! LOL!

Yeah, just the bottom line is that you won't get into trouble if you roms aren't deleted with in 24 hours!
