Ive modded both my xboxes with Xecuter 3 chips, X3 CP's (LCD screen, 2 USB ports, pro switch), 250 GB hard drives, replacement DVD drive, assorted lighting, and I just picked up two of those x3IR units that I have yet to program and install (who the hell uses 9-pin serial cables anymore anyway?). I've never really gotten into the whole halo modding thing.
