heres a list:

1.(although almost imposibel to accomplish) Do not run into Marle,have her run into you.
2.Make sure to tlk to her before grabbing the pendant.
3.Give the girl her cat back.
4.Don't eat the old man's lunch.
5.After buying/selling with Melchior, he will ask you to ask Marle if she would want to sell the pendants, say no.
6.when se buys candy just wait, do not try to leave.

Doing all these things(with the ecception of #1) will give your a "not guily" in the trial by a jury count of 7-3.
