Xbox 360, Playstation 3 or Nintendo Revolution

For one, I think I should make this thread to prove a couple of people wrong, they go dissing one of th e next generation systems which will be the best, Which I believe will be the Nintendo Revolution, it just has so much to offer..it has great gameplay, innovation, masive online play and downloads of previous nintendo games from its enormous library. Now I think that hte article on the front page should be changed..Its says

The folks at Engadget just posted up an interesting bit on some updated Revoultion specs. If these are true, it essentially means that the Revoultion will be no more powerful than the original Xbox. Personally, unless this pathetic thing costs only $100, 'll prolly end up sticking with my highly hackable Microsoft and Sony products. "Just like the Windows Vista release date, the rumored specs for the Nintendo Revolution continue to both change and disappoint us. IGN has posted some new info from sources in the game development industry who supposedly possess official Nintendo documentation and claim to have run benchmarks on the IBM-supplied Broadway CPU and ATI's Hollywood GPU in dev kits that are similar in design to final production units. Originally we had heard that Revolution would sport a 1.8GHz processor, and possibly as high as 2.5GHz -- the new figure, according to IGN's sources, is a rather pokey 729MHz -- compared to 485MHz on the GameCube, 733MHz for the original Xbox, three 3.2GHz cores on the 360, and the deified Cell processor in the PS3 (although direct comparisons are unfair due to the different architectures). Meanwhile, the supposed 600MHz ATI chip is now speced at only 243MHz (with 3MB of texture memory), which is a decent bump over the 'Cube's 162MHz GPU, and in the same league as Xbox 1's 233MHz. Total RAM is also rather disappointing -- only 88MB -- but all of these numbers, even if true, are totally in line with what the company has been saying all along: rather than fighting a next-gen console war, they want to provide a unique gaming experience based around an innovative controller in a wallet-friendly package.

Now here is why i think it shoudl be changed. Because it totally disses the Nintendo Revolution which is a great system..I think that it should get more in detail...Not just say how it will be under powered with not so much power.I mean BIG DEAL!!! gosh, come on, It doesnt matter how much power the 360 has, heck, it can have enough to take over the entire intraweb for all I care, doesnt mean it will have good games to play..Now the Nintendo revoltion will offer all of the stuff I previously said...FUN! So for those that think the 360 is better because its "hackable" think agian, your wrong...as I said before, the only reason people probably would hack into a console is to cheat in games, such as online in halo2..exactly why I dont play online too much.. then there is the lack of good games for the xbox360, I mean only game that looks good right now is dead or Alive 4 and Shenmue 3..Now you can get stuck with a peace of crap or join the revolution and but a nintendo Revolution...


Finally there are the colors, the Revolution will offer a variety of colors 5 to be exact. and I want a Lime green one.. or red...So...what coloure xbox 360 are you people getting? Ha, Lol, you have no choice...

And must I mention, the Xbox 360 has already failed so do go getting mad at just because its true.

Colors- HEard of modding? Theres something called skins!

Power- More power, better gfx, in-depth gaming, more fun. (This is why u only see xbox n ps in TV game reviews - they are more fun! And most ppl agree with that. Thats why you're a "fanboy" cos you just think rev is better even though everyone thinks it sucks! You need to think more openly, not tout its "BUGS" as "FEATURES")

HAcking- PPL are having fun doing that! U dont like it doesn mean the other 5 billion people in the world are geeks!

Games- You seem to emphasize that you love the games that nintendo HAD! Move on, you jus wanna keep playin the same sh*t over n over an...

Okay, first off, dont be a noob...Now then, you say that I play the same things over and over, yet I havent indicated nearly as much of what I play..So do not throw accusations around..Now for the reason I am posting, You see to say that people think its fun to hack there consoles, and as I previously said they hack to cheat in online games....So you are making my point just as valid as the next...Next thing what do you play??? I am tired of trying to let you know that the 360 isa peice of crap, I just know it wont be successful..I mean it came out last year, thus meaning that there was no reason to come out that early and so unprepaired...Now I know what Im getting, come this november, I plan to be one of the first to purchase a revolution..Its not as big and bulky as everything else

The Revolution will have built-in Wi-Fi, allowing certain games to be played online via a wireless link.
The Revolution has a flip lid which can be opened to reveal 4 ports for GameCube controllers and 2 memory card slots.
Additionally, again at E3 2005, Nintendo revealed that a small internal attachment (most likely a dongle) to be sold separately from the console will allow the Revolution to playback DVD movies. Ha, how is that, it will still play DVD's and all...And I know there are still many more features that Nintendo has yet to release..

Now here is a little more you people that still have faith in the "360" what a crappy name...The Nintendo Revolution is the smallest stationary console Nintendo has ever manufactured, described by Nintendo as being "about the thickness of three standard DVD cases and only slightly longer". The console will stand either horizontally or vertically. The front of the console features a self loading media drive which is illuminated by a blue light and will accept 12 cm Revolution game discs and 8 cm GameCube game discs. When the console was unveiled at E3 2005 the console was colored black. However, at the Tokyo Game Show 2005 when the controller was revealed, promotional material depicted a white console. Nintendo has since revealed three additional colors (platinum, lime green, and red), but none of these colors have been confirmed as official colors...I would Like for some 360 Fan to post information about a 360 like that, although it will suck....And its wireless...Although I know the one for the 360 is wireless as well but thats only with the premium....Which sucks, I mean, wow, $400 for a hard drive for the xbox, Im sure people wont even use all of the memory...


Oh, and might I add, yes some people do want to play the classics that came out over 20years ago..Just because you dont doesnt mean the other 5 BILLION people dont want to...

Another thing, the nintendo ds library of games just totally kills the psp's library...the only thing the PSP has going for it is homebrew and sony wants to prevent that .....So Id say Its just sad...And just because i am against some sony things dont go trying to ban me....This is my oopinion and I think its important as any other opinion on this board....

the revelution with also have a link where you can download the old nintendo games to rent or buy and play them which is pretty cool i think but i still got the nintendo and the snes and the 64 fully operational with lots of games so that isnt a big selling point but you have to look at how the 360 is now and the potential it will have in the future also look at the quality of games im not big into rpg so im not to ridiculously big into ps3 or ps2 for that matter i mean i have one dont get me wrong and that is what i had first but over time of having both i decided that i like the xbox much better i like x-box live because Sonys online while being free (another selling point) it well sucks it x-box live is well maintained and more games seem to be supported with more well lots more people on and more people on more often but kinda blown soooooooo

Back to the story at hand xbox i just like the graffix alot more plus there was a head graffix guy for Sony who just got canned for saying "all the projects that i am working on or have seen are far from next gen it will take up to a year for (PS3) to reach its true potential" so they are both in the same boat they are both gonna suck in the begining and the ps3 sooooo expensive and the blue ray technology im not to sure about either everyone will change or no one will change over and it will go to that red ray sh*t its all to be seen but in the end Revolution has the processor of lik 733 mHz around the original xbox which well sucks also so i will not be getting one of those for that reason and lack of game choices (i mean look at the crapy game cube, but i would buy a gamecube just for smash bros. hell yeah)so no revolution, no ps3 to expensive, and yes to buying the xbox 360 the day ps3 comes out for a really really good deal lol

i would actually love to read all this great literature but i have a life so i will make my point short sweet and to the point i can already play any snes nes game on my psp and ps2 so why would i want a revoultion besides for zelda

ps3 is gonna be better, blu ray dvd 25gig comp to like 10gig of 360 hd, free online and premium ($) for ps3, 8 wireless controlers, location free, need i say more. Sure they say the rev can play old school games well so can my psp.

actually the stock 360 memory is 20gig and i cbf readin wat the nintenboy rot so im just gonna make a point with nemmisis
