Well Metroid Prime is made by Retro but Myamoto oversees the product and it must get constant approval by him from the articles ive read.

The animation is from an old Zelda tv show, the games are fan made, but crappy nonetheless. Nothing from Nintendo thank god. The new Zelda coming out for DS looks badass!
