Why is the data incompatible?!!!!!

Im trying to convert mpeg video files to mp4 to view on my PSP!! I tried PSP Video 9 but that wouldnt help, and I keep
getting freaking Incompatible Data on my PSP. Is there someway I can make it work?

did u put both the files it gives u in or just the mp4?

I guess just the mp4. Im supposed to put the mpeg file along with it too?

no just mp4 but it should have some kinda weird name i think

yeah there should be a thm but I nver seem to get one unless I convert it with the 3pg converter...

Yeah I did, I used the PSP Video Manager that should've moved both of them. The other video clips worked fine.
