Is there a way I can save each image really quickly, while Im pressing the print screen button or is there any other
way I have to get the frames?

You could have to manually go into a program like Paint or Photoshop or what ever to actually copy and paste it. Im sure there are other ways but those are the main ones I know as of now.

off what you're doing on your compter without actually haveing a cemera, then
there is the program called "ghost mouse"

if you can't find a free download, then just get it off of a torrent site. (it's only like 1 - 2 megs.)
