is there a program that does this, so i can make a new video to see when a game boots up on my psp?

No but I have alot of PMF files that have been confirmed working so just PM me and I can hook you up.

its ppf, a patch for games like loco roco that require 2.6 to be used with ppf-o-matic, go to the mph website, thats how i got loco roco working, with that ppf patch.

edit: ok i know what ur saying but the above is also real to boot up games on devhook lol

Yea, psmonkey gave me mine. Its really quite neat for a lot of isos.
YOu dont need to go to mph website, you can just search: "mph toolkit" on google.
PsMonkey gave it to me myself when we were working on the breath of fire 3 english patch.
