well i dont thnk they can sue, unless they patented the outward appearence of the psp aswell, or the dimensions and what not. Sony, and apple would probably have a couple million dollars more it they woulda patented the way the psp and the ipods looks, that if anyone try to copy the bottons, widescreen design, circular touch pad, the company would win.
