no idea... also have you had any experiance with programing stuff? if you havent dont even try, youll end up bricking your psp... there is a tutorial on how to program stuff for psp if that helps.... look in tutorial section

there are many programs to use on your PSP
u can use cygwin, or maybe C++

but you'll need programming exp.

im well versed in in coding and scripting use Dos alot of the time and have got a html and c++ editor im not the king im still very new but im not thick either

then by all means start working on a downgrader your self...look for exploits blah blah blah

Umm psp man, doesnt cygwin help you convert what you have into an eboot?
I intend that i dont use it since the CYGWIN bash shell requires a toolchain which takes a FREAKING LONG TIME TO DOWNLOAD lol.
