2.6 emulation??

2.6 emulation??

well I just rented a game for my psp and it requires me to upgrade to 2.60...no way in hell
Im gonna upgrade...I apologize if this has been asked so many times but...

Is there some sort of progrom that can let my 1.5 PSP play 2.60 games??

ok...I already installed the 2.6 firmware on there...now how do I run the game??

I dont see anything on my psp???

Devhook v0.46
http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/673


and it lets you install the 2.60 firmware which the UMD game is
only able to play, the game is called "MLB The Show"

No 0.46 installs up to 2.71 but same dif.
There should be an eboot you had to put on.
If you read the instructions, it should go in a folder in the dh folder.
Then, got to the firmware installer, and it should extract the contents of the eboot. (the 2.71 eboot)
After that, you're done.
Just put the device hook sample loader on the GAME folder in the PSP folder in you're memory stick, then simply set the settings and you're good to go.

yeah when I used that and ran Devhook my whole PSP
started to look different and the flash changed it really made me
nervous :shock:

but then it went back to normal
you sure its safe to use this??

no one has said anything about it breaking your psp but i would say USE AT YOUR OWN RISK

so why when I ran devhook my whole psp menu started to look different and the firmware was 2.71???
