having problem with devhook 0.42

yea i have devhook 0.42 and im trying to play my NFS rivals but i want to know whats the format that the settings have to look like becuz wen i put the settings i put and i press start its starts loading then my psp turns off and i dont know what im doin wrong

EVERYTHING you will ever need to know about Devhook and fully compiled downloads (that means it has all of the files you need to run it IN the download).

yea now i have 0.44 but it still turns off am i suppose to have a umd inside or not becuz it keeps turning off a few seconds after i press start

If you have a game that requires a firmware over 1.5 then you need a UMD in the drive to play an ISO. I think you can just use the DEMO disk your PSP came with, if you don't own any UMD's that is. Some sort of UMD witchcraft when you use Devhook...

now i have a 1.5 umd which is midnight club 3 and i put my settings and still the psp shuts off so can anyone give me the right settings for devhook 0.44 and I HOPE EVERYONE KNOWS THAT I HAVE FIRMWARE 1.5 AND NOT 2.7

It should be these settings:
UMD SELECT: select your ISO
UMD MOUNT: ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION: no change
FIRMWARE: 2.71(MS hook)
CPU CLOCK: 222 Mhz (333 if experiencing lag but network functions will have issues, see T08 about this)
BOOT SELECT: Reboot XMB
PL-ADR: 89000000 (in: OTHER/preload address menu)

Get devhook 0.46 ....
