cant get devhook to install

cant get devhook to install

I tried to install with the 2.71 emulation and I keep getting this

am I not running the latest version? cause this one worked for me last time.

Empty out the folder and do it again, that file has been corrupted, it's very common.

yeah nevermind I got it to work. I just had to format my memory stick.
