why dont downgraders work with a TA-082 motherboard?
why dont firmware downgraders work with a TA-082 motherboard? What stops them from working?

Because they have made it so that the Flash Memory connects to 1 (flash1) which commences a 50/50 chance of a brick, but its most likely that you'renot bricked and you just don't downgrade.
If you see unformiliar people with downgraders, like people that arn't like Fanjita or Dark_Alex then those people are obviously wrong because when ever I go to see their downgrader it has something called swaploit on it which only runs on 1.5
