PSX-P Beta 1 Emulator Discussion

Yoshihiro has once again released his emulator, but this time up to Beta 1, its the PCSX's teams most apologies to not have had yoshi release his emulator, as to without source files, we cant be too sure if this was enlike the alpha build release.
