quake multiplayer how to use it

hey does anyone know how to use the quake infrastruture mode becuz something in the console comes up saying HOST_ERROR : CL_CONNECT : CONNECT FAILED
someone tell me what is up with this

I havnt had the chance to use that homebrew, but Im not so sure if its infrastructure mode.
But if it is, then you need another person beside you with a PSP and the Quake Homebrew.
