Converting .mds and .ccd to .pbp

I tried using alcohol 120% to get breath of fire 3!!!! on my PC but it wont let me have it
as .iso or .bin format. It only lets me have it as .mds or .ccd. Anyone know what to do?

burn it then use magic iso to make the burned cd a .cue./.bin
