okay what you need to do is to downgrade from 2.6 to 1.5 i would not bother getting devhook if you want to go to OE firmwares and you need to install 3.02 OE-A before you can upgrade to OE-B

once you downgrade, download this it's an auto extractor that will put everything you need tot turn your 1.5 into a 3.02 OE-A all you have to do is run one application.

or if you just want to play SNES and play mgs:po

then

1. downgrade from 2.60 to 1.50
2. snes9xTYL 0.4.2me version ( plays your snes games )
3. devhook 0.52 emulates 3.03fw ( this plays your mgs:po and any game thats currently out there )

other then the downgrade you wont run into the very high chance of bricking your PSP

only downgrading and flashing your psp will have a chance on bricking your psp, homebrew does not flash anything so there is no risk at bricking when play snes or anything. I honestly would just go to 3.02 OE because then you dont have to bother with devhook
