psp video thumbnail generator

Is there any software available for creating thumbnails on existing mp4 psp video files? I know psp video 9 converts and creates thumbnails but I'm only looking to create the thumbnails. I'm sure this would come in handy for others who download and use google vids on their psps.

Here ya go

After installing go to the directory it was installed in and double click on Thumbnail.exe, this will open a DES command box and bring up a browser

select the .mp4 you want a thumbnail for and let it gather the frames

move to next frame with right arrow key and back with left.

Once you get to a frame you like hit space (Thumbnail and .mp4 should have same exact name program does this for you).

Edit: I created thumbnails for both the videos I have so far in my VIDEO folder but it isn't showing the thumbnail on the PSP. There is just a video-reel icon instead. The thumbnails have exactly the same names as the video files they are for and have the extension .THM. Do thumbnails not work in the VIDEO folder? These videos wouldn't work (corrupted data) in either of the other 2 video folders (100ANV01 & 100MNV01) even with their filenames set to what they're supposed to be for those folders. Any more info would be appreciated.
