Change the pictures for PSX?

Okay i read the article on the homepage and i downloaded the pictures and images but how do you change them from the hotshots golf ones to the new ones? I see that you need a Popstation GUI to do it but the game i want to change the images on is already converted into eboot form so can i still do it and if so how?

if you have a photo editing device, like photoshop, open that picture (which should be a .PNG) and change the white into Transparency.

figured it out its really easy to do, on the PSP Brew program once you have the eboot loaded all you have to do is click on the x button fo the second image (UNKNOWN.PNG) and it will delete it

I'm pretty sure that if you edit the eboot after you have created it then it won't work right, so I've heard. But if you put the files in the popstation folder then create the eboot again it should put them into the eboot while its being created.
Back, and playing with my "zompsp".

You used PSPBREW right? Ah, well I'll have to give it a shot as well.

Just don't use PSPbrew if its a really huge file like FF7 for example.
