Are the data.dxar the same for all psp's im talking abou 3.03 oe-c

they aren't "all" the same... for instance..

if i had a 1.50/ 2.71 data.dxar it would be the same as someone else with a 1.50/2.71 data.dxar...

but a 2.71 se-c data.dxar will not be the same as a 3.03 oe-c data.dxar

yeah... they contain files from the respective firmwares.

yeah only the data.dxar is the same for 1 custom firmware

if you have two data.dxar files from 3.03 oe-c, they would be the same... I realized I was a bit confusing in my answer earlier.
