Can I play online/use Wipeout Pure Web Browser Hack

If I play online or web browse with Wipeout Pure will sony update my firmware automatically without my consent?

no.

unless you go to NETWORK UPDATE, sony will not update without you knowing it,, (that is for now, afterall...)

OK, thats good because I'm about to buy Wipeout Pure. If anyone hears that Sony is doing auto-updates whenever you connect please post something!

sony wont update your psp without askn you IF you want to update.Because if it didnt and it updated without knowing it WAS updating and you turn off your psp while it downloads the update will get corrupted and itll f up your psp and then sony will be reponsible for f'en up your psp and theyll have to give you a new one

so the answer is NO

umm how do you play online?I mean like whats with the Internet connection thing.I see it on my PSP in the setting menu but I dont get what it is.Does it connect me to the internet so I can search sites like this?Whats that about?Like what does it do?DSo I need some kinda tool or program to use it, do I need this cord or something?

...isn't Twisted Metal one of the only games with Infrastructure Mode? Alas, if you're desperate to play a game online through Ad Hoc there's xlink kai, but it's practically insanely impossible to explain step by step to to some people.

There is a decent amount of online games (Infrastructure if your Sony). Most of their sports game support it. I know gretzky and nba do, and so does atv. But, though there used to be a decent amount of people on atv, there prolly isnt anymore. And for nba online, I think the most I've seen online at one time was 5...
