Wireless

I had a wireless router but just wasn't working right so I'm back with a wired router but my computer can pick out wireless signals and most of them are password protected and i know of wireless password finders but can't seem to find it. If anybody has a link to one or tell me out i can crack it send me the link by pm or post tips here.
