OMFG My wii just bricked for no reason!

I just started it up today and it goes to the channels for 1 second and then goes to a black screen that says: "system data corrupted" It keeps doing that every time i try.

I didn't do anything wrong, it just happened today for no apparent reason. I have a wiikey installed.

Someone please help, or give me something

Sounds like there's a defect... Fortunately this sounds like something Nintendo will be willing to fix. Unfortunately you have a Wiikey installed, so you might have to pay some money to get it fixed. I think it might cost somewhere around $50 or so... My recommendation would be to contact Nintendo about the problem, and take the Wiikey out before you send it to them for repair.

I'm not saying the Wiikey's the problem. I think there's a problem with your system. A hardware issue that didn't come up until now.

Um a couple of things you could do buy a PS3, Take the modchip out send it to nintendo or buy a PS3.

There is also my favorite through it at a wall.

did u recently get it? if so take it back and tell them its all f**ked up.

I got it in january, the problem is that i voided my warranty when i got a mod chip. I might just buy a PS3
