Twisted Metal: Head On
Twisted Metal: Head On Reviewed By Slick
Genre:Action/Driver/Shooter
Retail Price: $19.99
Review/Description:
A classic vehicular combat game that launched around the same time the Playstation was.
In the game you are to battle other enemies with your devastating characters who don't hold
back in a massive fight to the death. The game has new characters and lots of FMV movies for
each character. This game includes Story, Challenge, Endurance, Ad-hoc and Infrastructure mode for
online play. One of the fighters in the game are competing for their grand prize from Calypso who is
the holder of the tournament and granting them any wish they desire. The game itself is a recreation
or continuation of Twisted Metal 2, it is not a remake.
Gameplay:
Its somewhat a pretty short game, but its something you will find
very fun. As in "fun" I mean online play, thats right battle it out
with your friends!!
Graphics:
Not really the best, but its cool to look at. The in-game explosions
makes it look really neat and realistic.
Number of Players: 1-8
Sound: The music is awesome. It fits pretty good with
all the destruction you can hear.
Strengths:This game will definitely get you going online.
Weaknesses: Real short story mode.
Overall: 7/10
Its a really good game, when this was ported to the psp, the graphics had really brought
up its reputation. But the interacting gameplay is pretty much the same like the original
previous games. I kind of expected something a bit more different.
