A nude photo scandal is set to engulf Vanessa Anne Hudgens and the rest of High School Musical after the 18-year-old starlet took naked pictures for boyfriend Zach Efron, believing they would remain forever private. As we all know, this is the 21st century and everything bad ends up on the internet, including naked pictures you took for a guy.
“Vanessa took some suggestive shots of herself in the buff as a surprise for Zac,” a source told the Enquirer. Now the scandal is threatening to destroy the “High School Musical” phenomenon sweeping America, Enquirer reports.
Supposedly Vanessa stood butt-naked in front of a mirror, wearing only a gold chain when she took the glamour shots. A third party company is said to have obtained the images, so remain alert for the arrival of your favorite Disney starlet — soon to be exposed 100% nude! Well, I've seen all of the girl's photos, and honestly, they could be better, but what the hell... I mean, in this day and age, that kind of stuff doesn't ruin careers, it propels them. Go her. She has much better places she can be other than in High School Musical. Just ask Paris.

But it's worth saving to the ol' hard drive. I'll show my GF tomorrow.

After doing V-E-R-Y careful investigation (trust me, I took my time), I've been able to find that there are links to nude pictures on a site that is "advertised" in the top-left section of the photo that you showed, .Yunoko. Even though the picture itself was censored, I'm forced to take down the link to the picture. You may, however, put the picture back up as long as you edit the picture to make sure that no links to anything nude are included, or visible links showing where to get such content.

Well, she's 18, but if you look at the photos, you can easily tell that they were taken on VERY different dates. What I'm wondering is how many photos are just being held and NOT being released on the internet, because it seems like there are more if they were taken on such obviously different days. Also, since they were taken on different dates, her age also comes into question. She may have been 17 when some of the pictures were taken... and if so, not only have I committed a felony by downloading her pictures, but she could get in a heap of trouble as well.

I always wondered, I know it's a felony to look at kid porn or what not, but if say she was 17 years old, and took the pictures willingly, and actually posted them herself on the itnernet, is it illegal for he to do that if she is willingly posting the pictures herself? Not saying I do it or anything lol, just something I always thought about.

It's illegal unless...

1. The picture is taken in a purely artistic manner (which they aren't) ~ even then, hardly anyone gets away with that.
2. She's legally married ~ in most states you can get married at 16, but she's not, and even so, you can't upload it to the internet because she isn't 18 *supposing she was 17*. But, if she was married, she'd be legally entitled to record intimate video or take intimate pictures as long as they aren't distributed EVER.

So just because she took them doesn't mean it's legal, even if you go as far as saying she uploaded them herself. And honestly... It appears that maybe someone else took the pictures...

its just some other babe with naked pictures. there are thousands of naked girls on the internet. i don't really give a sh*t whether its the girl from high school musical or not. i've never watched it, or plan to. if you're bangin her in real life and you show me a pic of her, then that means something. otherwise, shes just some gutter slut.
