Try downloading IR Shell. I'm unsure of the process but yea, I know you need IR Shell to do it.

look at this post. http://www.pspbrew.com/forum/viewtopic. ... highlight=

it has the downloads that you need. download the first link, it is iR Shell. and download the 3rd link, it includes 2000 codes that you can use to control stuff. once you download iR Shell, copy the 3 folers, "PSP", "IRShell", and "seplugins" to the root of your memory stick. Then once you download the codes, then put the "IRCODES" folder into the "IRShell" folder that you put in the base of your memory stick. so the codes will be at (memory stick)MS/IRShell/IR Codes/ there will be 3 files there after you copy the "IRCODES" folder over to IRSHELL. they are "Codes", "Discrete Codes", and "User Supplied Codes".
Once you have everything downloaded and put into the right place, launch IRSHELL and once your in it, go to the "iR Remote View" icon and find the code you want. Once you have the code, point your psp at the object you want to control, and press the buttons on your psp. (their will be a list of commands of which buttons do what).

iR Shell 3.7 will work for it i imagine. it is the same as the other ones, but this one just has compatibility to 3.71 M33 i guess.

I don't have a clue, just go through the tv section of the codes or something and try to find your tv. Trial and Error ftw.
