I wonder, is there a way to get ISOs or CSOs on a blank UMD to play on the PSP?

Damn. Also, some of my UMDs are quite dirty with dust on the inside of the case (Don't know how it got there). Is there a way to open to UMD case with out breaking it, lol. I've tried and failed on my Demo disk.
