And by that I mean I like how amazing you did the effect. Or was that real? I couldn't tell haha.

Haha yes these are quite good, much better than anything I could do.

the bill board with the chicks is easy'ish just duplicate then carefully erase the bit behind it where your wanting the pic to show.. i would like to say its not just as simple as that but hey my little secret eh lol
