Plz a little help!!!

Ok i just joined and have also suceeded downloadin a game in the comp for my psp. It works perfectly.
But tht wz a straightfoward file. Only required to extract the .cso file from the .iso archive.
However now i got a problem.
I have 2 games with the psp games folder and UMD.bin files.
I used the umdgen to convert it to iso files.
But it is converting it back into an archive.
What should i do? I m usin umdgen v 2.00.

You acan upgrade to UMDGen v4 here, but I don't quite understand. You said you are trying to extract the .CSO file from the .ISO? When you downloaded the game, what file extension was it? Do you have a program that can open .RAR or .ZIP files?

It wz an archive a .iso archive.
Extracted it using winrar.
It then became 2 files: psp game folder, and umd.bin.
So i read in Psp hacks tht u have to convert it back to an iso using umdgen.
And so i downloaded the umd gen.
Then i tried to convert it again it became an archive.
An archive .iso which containesd the same files.
So i thought wat wz the point of extractin.
Did i do sumthin wrong and thanks.

Ok i figured out the fault. The problem was in the version 2 of umd gen. The new one is workin just fine.
But now i have another problem. It is convertin the files into .cso but it is gettin stuck on one specific file, when it is convertin so it cannot carry out.
Is there fault with the file i downloaded or is there fault in the software?
(Plz note this has happened to two of the games i downloaded)
What should i do? I mean it is useless if those files don't work. Thanks

Hm thats weird. Try rebooting your PC and have everything shut down except for UMDGen. Then allow it to sit and convert your iso into a cso.

Sry but my net modem got screwed so i wasn't online yesterday.
thanx advent wolf, but it still does not work. It gets stuck at the same file.
When i downloaded this(god of war) there were many thanx but no one mentioned problems.
Wat should i do? I tried it with the other file (pirates of carribean) but tht also got stuck.
