PSP controller?

Hi folks,

I was just wondering that can you get external hand controller for PSP?

with games like Tekken I am worried about the buttons on the PSP might become faulty from the excessive use.

has Sony or any other thrid parties released any usb or wireless controller devices?

I don't think so. Don't worry either your buttons will not become faulty and if they do just take off the faceplate and remove the buttons then put new ones on. Not that hard don't worry about it.

Thank you for your replies,

does it have to be done with sony technicians?

I'd like to see Sony prove that I've been using homebrew ;)

Legally, Sony can't do anything about Custom Firmware being installed. The owner has the right to have whatever firmware they want installed - which has always brought up the question, "How can Sony make it mandatory to upgrade the firmware without providing a means of downgrading?"

I hope someone gets the balls to sue Sony over that.

If I ever need to send my PSP back to Sony, would they put their latest OS in to get rid of the homebrew firmwire as default? in that case it cannot be downgraded.

Hell yes! In fact, I've looked into this from a very technical aspect of the law, and honestly, if I were to sue Sony, I'd have a good chance of winning. Well... they'd settle the case for a pretty amount of money probably... but still... it should be done.
