Well first welcome to the forum, just to let you know you posting in the wrong area thats okay. Anyways I am .Yunoko welcome.
And to download game saves you must go to this link http://www.pspbrew.com/?page=savedgames click the letter of the name of the game find it, download it and plug in your psp go to usb mode look in the removable drive area and find the saved games folder and add the downloaded file to that folder and it should work.
