how can you do that, it keeps telling mi that i need to sign up...

You know, by now you could've signed up and downloaded it. I mean really. You whine for a day or two about having to sign up to download something. When it only takes 5 secs to register. Wow. Talk about lazy. Or you could've used google. Search google or there might be one somewhere in our downloads section. I dunno know how you can download it without registering though.

Ok i signed up now just tell me where i save the converter to and where i save the bubbles theme folder to (im assuming flash0) whenever i go to put the file is flash0 it says there's not wnough disk space, i have a 2GB mem stik

Read the instructions for the converter. Then run it and convert the bubble theme thing. Then go to flash0, resource, then VSH or it may be vsh then resource. Or something like that. I would have to look at it to remember. But just paste all the theme's files to the folder. If it says there's not enough space then there's nothing you can do other then free up space by deleteing unneeded files. You can look at dpm's tutorial on how to do it. But the flash0 is the flash memory built onto the psp's mobo. So it has nothing to do with your memory stick.
