Playing ISO games from memory card

Sorry for having to ask but I've been searching the net and reading all day. I searched this site too but still have no answers!

I downloaded a program called fast loader. I copied it the correct location but when I goto game/memory card on the PSP it just says corrupt data.
:?
I read that the latest Sony firmware comes with an ISO loader. So I thought I'd try updating the firmware instead.

I downloaded the firmware and created a directrory on the memory card as instructed (PSP/GAME/UPDATE). I copied the update in and tried again to load from the memory card. Again all I get is corrupt data.

What am I doing wrong?

All I want is a simple method of loading ISO files from memory card!

Any help is much appreciated!

Forget about fast loader. That's a very old program that isn't needed anymore. Instead, install a custom firmware. That will make playing iso files from the memory card as easy as 1-2-3. If you need more help, let us know. We're here to help.

That's the way to make a pandora's battery if you don't have access to another PSP. This is the much easier way that most people use.

Thanks,

but that seems complex. Do I really have to open up and change my battery? That doesn't sound like a good idea at all.

Is there no other way I can load ISO from memory card?

I thought I'd just have to transfer some software from the PC to the PSP? :?

BTW my current version is 3.60
