Magic bettery

Elo every1 i jus lyk 2 ask is there a way 2 create a magic memory card without a homebrew enabled psp (using a pc nd a card reader) i have a hardmod bettery there4 i don't want 2 make another 1 ie I only want da magic card plz help how do i go abt doing jus dat

i know this sounds kinda dumb but why is the second psp needed cant someone just copy the one that was already made and people can just juse that? cuz im thinkin the only reason no one did that is due to copyright laws and crap like that
