Incorrect region code on psp slim

I have a slim and i tried to downgrade from 3.71 m33-2 to 3.52.It bricked then i realized that you cant downgrade below 3.60 m33 with a slim.Then i used an U.P.M.S unbricker and it worked, but when i would play an iso it says incorrect region code, when i try to play an umd it cannot read the disc.I tried on my recov menu and enabled fake umd region and fake region, but it doesnt work iv tried alot of stuff.I dont even have a mac address.Would a pandora fix it?

it sounds like you corrupted the id. there should be an app in umps to fix that
