Universal unbricker help!

Hey guys, i just need some answers. I have successfully created a pandora battery and magic memory stick but it only 'reinstalls' the psp back to fw 1.50. Im guessing this is the old pandora battery a magic memory stick thingy, and that is wont work on a psp slim. Questions below:

1)Ive heard about the Despertar del Cementerio v3, do i just need to remake my magic memory stick or remake both the battery and memory stick? Im guessing just the memory stick?

2) For me to remake my memory stick do i just format my old magic memory stick in a psp then i can make the magic memory stick again?

3)Does the latest Despertar del Cementerio v3 unbrick all psp fat and all psp slim to todays date?

One more question staxx does the newbi installer work on windows vista or just windows xp?

not sure if it works on vista, i have xp so i cant verify anything for vista.
